Cookie Dough Biscuits, East Fremantle {CLOSED}

Cookie Dough Biscuits on Urbanspoon

I’d been following Cookie Dough on Facebook for a little while, after seeing them at one of Perth’s “Up-markets”. They have now opened their own lovely café on the gorgeous George Street. After running little chef ragged at a nearby park, we stopped by for a coffee and some sweet treats. The light and airy café is very welcoming – especially with the smell of baking wafting thought the door.

There was a BIG choice of cookies, little chef picked a very colourful cookie for his afternoon tea. He wouldn’t let me have a bite, which is unusual, as LC usually is good at sharing. It was that good!

Sweetie Pie – A buttery, vanilla cookie, iced with white chocolate and topped with natural rainbow sprinkles.

Chef and I chose a cupcake and coffee each. We savoured the moment, eating in silence, apart from the odd “mmmm”. They were so decadent and delicious. They’re served on a plate with a small fork and we felt more like we were eating a dessert or slice of cake – rather than a humble little cupcake.

White Chocolate & Raspberry Cupcake (like a beautiful little rose!)

Chocolate Cupcake with salted caramel and peanut butter

Cookie Dough’s delights change regularly, I’m keen to try their “Muff-nuts” (muffin/doughnut hybrid!). We both really enjoyed the cupcakes. It’s a big call, but these are THE BEST cupcakes I’ve had in a Perth café to date.
