It was one of those Friday nights, we had friends coming over and we had just decided on doing something easy like having a take away, rather than cooking an elaborate dinner. Before too long the 6 of us had had a few drinks and it was pretty bad weather out too, so food that was delivered was on the cards.
Mr G suggested using a phone App, to order Pizza from Crust at Joondalup. Chef and I were happy with that as we’d always wanted to try Crust. It’s dangerous just how easy the app was to use and magically yummy pizza appears at our doorstep a little while later!
We had;
Crust Supreme(large $21); This was my fave. Smoked Ham, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, Fresh Capsicum, Spanish Onions, Pineapple & Kalamata Olives on a Tomato base.
BBQ Chicken (large $21); This was very tasty – Marinated Chicken Breast Fillets, Mushrooms, Spanish Onions & Shallots on a BBQ base.
Meat Deluxe (large $21); This was a meat-atarian’s dream. Topped with Smoked Ham, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Chicken Breast Fillets, Ground Beef & Bacon on a BBQ base.
They were outstanding pizzas; we were all unanimous that they were very tasty and super fresh. Crust offer a gourmet, non-greasy pizza, and they were spot on. The Ciabatta Loaf ($5) served with Herb & Garlic Butter was good too. As our order was over $20, the delivery was free too! I shall be getting in touch with technology more often!!
I love Crush Pizza, last year my husband treated me to their Salmon and Sour cream Pizza. It was expensive but totally worth it.
We thought it was worth it too, can’t believe I’ve never been there before! I’ll put the salmon pizza down on my list for next time. I see you’re going to the EDB Conference too, it looks fun 🙂
Yeah I can’t wait to meet everyone and hopefully have a lot of fun.
I keep meaning to try this – definitely will need to remember the app 🙂
