Chef had a man-date at the new-ish Currambine Tavern recently. Its a typical modern suburban pub, nothing too fancy. The menu isn’t bad and they cater well for children too.
He and the boys all had a parmy and pint. Chef said it was very fresh and he enjoyed it – it was a generous serve. The Chicken Parmagiana ($28) was topped with ham, mozzarella cheese and nap sauce. It came with a salad and fries.
