Good friends of ours held a fantastic party on the weekend. It was Phil’s 30th and his lovely wife Jo did an amazing job of organising the perfect party! Jukebox – TICK! Great homemade finger food – TICK! Jelly Shots – TICK!!
There were many highlights, one being “porky pig” – the suckling pig on a spit. I did feel a little sorry for Porky at first, I’m not used to seeing my food with a face! hehe The roast pork & gravy rolls were so tasty and the crackle was fab!! Good job Phil! They purchased Porky from Torre Butchers (in Northbridge), it was excellent quality.
Also, the man-cakes, were delish!! Kustom Cupcakes (a personal fave of mine) made some man-style cupcakes. They were rich chocolate cupcakes, with the most heavenly icing and topped with a rum bottle pic. Well done guys!! Great night x
